Woo - training instead of teaching!

Last night, I go to Judo as usual with some vague ideas in my head what I want to get the students doing. I knew some of the students had arranged a meeting with Jeff Hynds (our area development officer) sometime during the day.

He was at the session so, as you do, I casually enquired if he had a kit with him and ended up persuading (bullied!) him to take the session.

I think it's safe to say everyone got something out it, no-one more so than me who could actually enjoy a training session without having to keep an eye on what is going on around the mat so I could actually focus on my own training.
