First grading under new system

Not for my grade, but my first time examining some Mons for their new grades. Couple of Orange belts and a blue belt.

An interesting experience. Youngsters were mostly attentative!

It was a nice gentle intro to the new system, I guess the next time I have to do it will be with my own Kyu grades at one of the university clubs.
