Goole Open - Silver
Competed at the Goole Open competition on sunday in the over 90Kg 1st kyu and up section. Took silver, which is nice, but didn't feel my fighting was at it's best.
Didn't get any points for next dan grade either which was slightly disappointing as that was one of main drives to get there. Really should be positive though, it's good practice prior to the big comp in the autumn (British Masters) where I have to try and defend my under 100Kg title!
Though if the weight loss keeps up (see my 'Life and stuff that gets in the way' blog) I might make it into the <90Kg section!
