A smidgen closer to 3rd dan...

This weekend saw a competitive dan grading being held in Goole. Quite a few 1st kyus turned up, but also 3 1st dans and me (2nd). I ended up competing with the 3 1st dans for half points, winning 2 of 3 for 10 points. So a little bit closer to 3rd but still 25 points (I think) to go.

Won with my usual koshi-waza to counter left handed front attack and something I'm not really sure what to call... kinda like tani-otoshi only without the leg across opponants. Used hip to push him sideways and up then a tani-otoshi action to land him on the floor.

If anyone can suggest a name for that I'd be curious!
